Fundamentals of Product Development – Part 2
Description
Do your new products fall flat in the marketplace?
Have you had fewer innovation successes than failures?
Are your products and services delivering expected profits?
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, it’s time to refresh your innovation practices! Data shows that best-in-class organizations continually update and revise their new product development processes. Entrepreneurial firms and start-ups often don’t know how to scale innovation beyond a single successful product. For repeated success, every individual and organization needs to grow and nurture innovation.
