Agile New Product Development – ANPD
This 2-day, hands-on classroom training allows you to explore the differences between agile and traditional, waterfall project management. You will learn how to apply Agile practices to innovation projects and how to integrate Agile approaches into more traditional environments through the “wagile” hybrid method.
The workshop covers the following topics:
- Innovation Strategy
- Agile vs. waterfall NPD
- Implementing Scrum
- The “wagile” approach to NPD
Courseware includes notes, tools & templates, hands-on practice exercises, and a copy of the PMI/Agile Alliance Agile Practice Guide. Upon taking an optional on-line exam, candidates will receive the Certificate of Agile New Product Development (ANPD). The workshop is interactive but also leaves you time to reflect on learnings so you can immediately implement the best management approach for your innovation program.
Where and When
The Agile New Product Development Workshop will be held 23 & 24 April 2019. Our daily schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The course is held in Houston at the Clear Lake Hampton Inn, 506 West Bay Area Blvd., Webster, Texas. Please contact us for information on special rates for overnight stays during the training course.
