This course discusses competitive analysis from a product innovation perspective. Companies and individuals that are Learning about innovation define innovation, strategy, and competition to understand opportunities.
Competitive Analysis is intended for all levels within an organization. The course takes about 2 hours to complete online.
- Define strategy and explain why it is important to product innovation
- Identify the most common strategic innovation frameworks
- Be able to characterize and classify direct and indirect competitors
- Analyze your competition using simple strategy analysis tools
You will apply the skills of competitive analysis through homework, tests, and quizzes. Course materials include a mix of audio, video, and reading assignments. Upon successful completion of the course (75% or higher test scores), you will receive a completion certificate validating 2 PDH.
